Make sure emergency response is on the way. Do not assume anyone else called 911 unless you see emergency services responding.
Secure in place and await instructions from authorities.
If you suspect there may be a hazardous chemical release, advise people to stay inside the premises until notified by authorities that it is safe to do leave.
Monitor the Yaskawa facility for any chance of encroachment of the hazard
