EMERGENCY COORDINATORS

 If none of the emergency coordinators are present, another member of Yaskawa management shall assume Emergency Coordinator responsibilities.

All associates and Visitors

  1. Get yourself to safety
  2. Notify Others (Pull Fire Alarm if alarm is not already sounding)
  3. Call 911
  4. Evacuate the building
  5. Move to assembly area 

Assembly area is in the parking lot. Stay clear of entry way to prevent obstructing emergency vehicles. 

 All Supervisors and Above:

 
  1. Exit the building. DO NOT ENTER INTO AN AREA OF FIRE. This puts you and others at great risk.
  2. Take attendance. Report to the Emergency Coordinator that all of your associates are present or accounted for, or those associates who are unaccounted for.
  3. If any associates are unaccounted for, tell the Emergency Coordinator their last known location.
  4. Notify the Emergency Coordinator if there are any hazards in your work area that may expose Emergency Responders to greater risk.
