Blended vs Classroom Training
Classroom training is a 7.5-8 hour class that includes videos, scenarios, and hands-on training.
With blended training, the associate completes 15 modules online at their own schedule and takes a knowledge test. After completing the online portion of the course, the associate schedules a time with an instructor to complete hands-on training and skills verification.

- Preventing Disease Transmission
- Checking the Victim
- Recovery Position
- Bleeding and Wound Care
- Shock
- Burns
- Bone, Joint, and Muscle Injuries
- Head and Spine Injuries
- Sudden Illness
- Poisoning and Allergic Reactions
- Cold and Heat Emergencies
- Rescuing and Moving Victims
- CPR and AED
- Choking
