Finding:	Associate wearing personal cannister respirator with no evidence of medical evaluation or fit test. The process does not require use of a respirator but, for personal reasons, the associate feels more comfortable when wearing a respirator.

Proposed Corrective: Coordinate with HR for the associate to have a medical evaluation and fit test. Ensure all associates are aware of respirator use requirements.
