Proposed Action:
Three potential options: 1. Move live voltage testing to the test cage where shock and arc flash boundaries are defined, 2. Use a non-conductive guard with access points for the test probes, or 3. Use a theater barricade to keep unauthorized people outside of the shock and arc flash boundaries. Anyone inside those boundaries are required to be NFPA 70E certified and wear required PPE.
