Proposed Action:
10/21/25. Changed "Criticality" from Critical to Medium. These stations are not an immediate danger to anyone. There is no tipping hazard or known concerns. It was questioned if this was appropriate and ENG cannot validate the structural integrity of the current situation. Will look to replace table with red-tag items or replacement of table with new.

11/11/25, 3 table in sub assembly have sub-par structural integrity. Line expansion project from 2023 had already planned to remove 2 of the 3 tables for space improvement but this activity never happened. All 3 tables will be scrapped and 1 new table will be installed this week as a replacement. Should be closed by end of week.
