Preventive Measures | 1. Ensure terminal caps on battery remain in place 2. Do not overload the AC lifter. Capacity is 400 lbs. 3. Unit must be strapped onto the AC lifter prior to lifting or transferring 4. Keep all body parts clear of tracks 5. Keep all body parts to the side or behind the unit during lifting and transfer 6. Lock the wheels before removing the strap |

Equipment Procedures | 1. Move AC lifter to side of skid 2. Slide lifting platform beneath the unit 3. Use strap on AC lifter to secure the AC unit to the lifter 4. Remove strapping holding AC unit onto skid 5. Use pendant button to lift AC unit high enough to clear the skid 6. Roll the AC lifter to the enclosure 7. Lift unit to required position and slowly move into place 8. Lock the AC lifter wheels 9. Add mounting screws through the enclosure into the AC unit, but do not fully tighten 10. Remove the securing strap being careful to not damage gasket material on the AC unit 11. Tighten the mounting screws to designated torque specification 12. Unlock the wheels on the AC Lifter and roll out of position 13. Lower the lifting platform to lowest position 14. Return the AC lifter to the designated storage location 12. |
